    Decreased work weight for squats because I think my lower back is fatigued from squats when I get to deadlifts. I am going to do deadlifts on my light squat day and work back up in weight on squats on my heavy day.

    Reset on everything. My dad passed a month ago and I am tired. My sleep is off some. Trying to correct that. Have intermittent insomnia for the first time in my life. Food intake is good, but there is always room for improvement.

    Chin ups: 6,6,4

    very light weight for squats. Focused on pushing my butt back and leaning forward. Much better feel on squats.
