Deadlift

Squats moving well. Press was decent too. I think I’ll keep moving up the weights until I cant achieve 5 sets of 3, then reset. Deadlift was a little bit rough for the last few reps. I may reset a bit now that I got 315x5 to try to develop the lower back strength. Or keep moving up and try 2 sets of 3.

Ran out of time for chin ups. Wasn’t sure I’d get the 5th rep on 1st set of Bench, but grinded it out. I think that took a bit of a toll for the remaining sets.
