Slow down your descent, go down at a controlled speed, stop and then come up.

sorry about that will upload to you tube in the future instead of my google account. thx for the tip on slowing down, will do that next time. is it good filming the profile like this or should i get a more posterior or anterior shot. I'll see if i can use a different rack the next time without the weights in the way.
Presumably you are doing more than one set each workout, so you could take a different angle for each set.
