Thanks.
Hi Mark,
First, I'd just like to say thanks for putting out such quality strength training materials and being available on these forums to help. Your explanations and assertions in SS are sufficiently compelling and scientifically backed to the extent that I can do nothing but agree. Thanks for opening my eyes to what real strength training should be.
I have started your program a couple of weeks ago and wanted to post a squat video for form check. I am 25 yrs old, 6'1, 166 lbs. The videos are of me squatting 160.
Video 1: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y-eN...NS68Xg&index=1
Video 2: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qzcv...NS68Xg&index=2
The second vid may be less helpful. It is hard to see the depth on a few of the reps due to the camera angle and plates blocking my thigh/hip area.
Thanks in advance for your time!

Overall not too bad. Depth looked good. It looks like you're rounding your low back a bit coming out of the hole - you need to make sure you keep your low back locked in extension. See http://startingstrength.com/index.ph...sition_control
Thanks very much! I will check out the video and work on that. Greatly appreciate the advice.
