Squat:
At the very bottom of the squat, your knees are obscured by the 45s on the side of the rack, but it looks like they could be sliding forward a bit.
Also, it's probably time to get lifting shoes - you'll feel a lot more stable squatting in them.
Pretty decent looking squats. Only other issue I see it that on most reps the bar's coming forward a lot when you drive up out of the hole.
