    Well, they certainly weren't as bad as I was expecting. Although it looks like you could probably get a bit tighter squeezing your chest up when setting up, your biggest issue is the catch & rack position.

    1) Don't try to maintain a full grip on the bar when you catch it. Instead, open your grip a bit so the bar ends up on your shoulders, supported by your fingers (as opposed to fully resting on your hands/wrists/arms). This will allow you to get your elbows up (much) higher.

    2) Catch it with your hips back more (as opposed to this position: http://i.imgur.com/0820Gvb.png), as if you're about to descend into a front squat.

    Those are the big things to fix for now.

    yeah I get pain in my wrist(cyst) with the full rolled back on fingers position but haven't tested it in a while. it may be more bearable now so will give it a go. will def work on hips back as well. thx
