    Default Squat Form Check – 255 lbs x 5

    147 lbs, 5'6" , 28 y/o Male

    After you unrack the bar, pick a spot on the floor 3-5 feet in front of you and stare at it for the duration of the set. To start the descent, break your knees and hips at the same time, then immediately lean over and point your chest to the ground. For the ascent, drive your HIPS straight up. You are currently looking up, not getting your knees forward or set, not leaning your torso over enough, and not using hip drive enough (you try to lead with your chest). Please ask the camera person to film from hip height.
