    Default 315lbs DL Form Check

    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    Other than form check, I also had a question. I have been going up by 15lbs each workout since 225lbs. Should I keep going up that same amount or should I start doing smaller 5lb jumps.

    If the bar goes forward as it leaves the floor, it's wrong.

    Try separating steps 3 and 4 of the setup more. Bring your shins to the bar, then pull your back tight. By trying to do both at the same time, you are moving too quickly and pushing the bar forward.

    I think Eric’s advice is very good and actionable.
