Hey guys, so I filmed my last bench set at the gym this morning and would appreciate feedback. My last one (I didn't post it here) had my feet too far out from the bench. As a result, my feet were actually coming off the ground for a couple of reps. This time, I tried to keep my feet in closer to the bench and that provided more stability at the cost of lowering the weight some (before I was doing 125). Anyway, feedback is appreciated. I've got a deadlift video too, but I'll post that in its own thread. God bless![]()

Yes sir, I do. Now that you mention it, I should probably read the section on the bench press again and see if there are any things I can correct in relation to that chapter's content.
