Not great. 310lb. Comparing to videos of SS coaches and wondering if I’m possibly too close to the bar. Shoulders too far in front and knees not quite tucking in next to elbows?

I was using a liquid chalk. Going to get a belt for Christmas
Lots of options for belts and they have been discussed ad nauseum.
For chalk, if your gym does not have it, I’ve used “liquid chalk”. Got it from Amazon, it is relatively cheap for a small bottle and you can just throw it in your gym bag. Although it’s probably not as good as the real thing, it works and doesn’t leave a mess on the floor. Makes a huge difference for deadlifts and power cleans.
