Pass/Fail Stats
Are there any pass/fail stats available for the SS coach cert? For instance - 50% pass rate for general attendees, 80% pass rate for those that qualify for the written. Would like to attend Denver seminar, but have not yet completed LP on all lifts so considering Springfield instead, wasn't sure if that would have any bearing on the likelihood of passing... What options are there for retaking the exam, if necessary, or would one need to attend a full seminar to be given another shot?

Only about 1/3 to 1/2 of attendees attempt to earn the SSC.
The pass rate on the platform is about 40% for those who claim experience with coaching and lifting.
The pass rate on the exam is about 33%. Again, people who pass are those with experience enough to understand typical populations and program response and the educational experience to understand and explain the theory.
Passing requires passing a seminar, both parts.
If you're interested in earning the SSC, the fundamental prep is your own lifting as well as actually coaching the barbell lifts. It sounds crazy to me to write this out, but there are many people who come in with no experience coaching the lifts and minimal personal experience. Others come in without having read the books. They are surprised when they can't do well. ?!?!??!?!?
