I started Candito's 6 week program recently and was hoping to hear some people's results specifically on the deadlift.

I'm only doing it for squats and deads and doing my own thing for bench given the very average to negative results on the bench.

The reason I bring this up is because so far, and overall in the program, the deadlift volume looks to be quite low, and I went from deadlifting pretty heavy each week to now almost lifting a quarter of that, so I'm concerned the sudden drop in volume might have a negative affect.

The intensity will pick up over the coming weeks, however start to finish, there isn't much deadlift volume, at least not what I'm used to.

Anyone find themselves in a similar situation while running this program, and what were your results?
