Default Please Help - 2x Per Week Programming

    Hello,
I am in major need for some programming advice, and feel a little lost at the moment. I have been on LP for four months, but due to some life factors and now only able to lift twice per week. Also, I have been considering switching to intermediate programming as many of my lifts have slowed way down. I am fine making slower progress, just want to keep getting stronger and have something I can do consistently.
I do have too much body fat, and am trying to lose body fat slowly. I currently weight 280 lbs at 6’. I am eating at a mild caloric deficit now, as I’d like to lose 30 lbs.
    Current Stats (1rm)
    Squat - 300
    Bench - 230
    Press - 141
    Deadlift - 335
    Row - 230

Is there a good two-day per week program I could use and keep getting stronger? I have read both books but didn’t see a form of Texas method that addressed this.

You won't really find an intermediate program that is 2d/wk because typically if you have gotten this far you have organized your life to get to the gym more than 2x/wk. I don't know that you will make considerable progress training 2x/wk as an intermediate assuming you have exhausted your novice gains. The reason is simply you need more stress to continue to drive adaptation and as an intermediate you need several workouts to accumulate this adaptation.
