Nice power snatch PR! Also grats on the DL pr, especially after doing all the squatting.

Starting to feel a little better. Shoulders and lower back feel sore and tired. I'm still going to Squat heavy 5's tomorrow.

Nick's Silly Bullshit
Great work Nick. Your light weights are almost where they should be for your first meet.

Taking a light day on Monday definitely helped me feel better for today. Patella tendonitis in the right knee was acting up but nothing I haven't squatted through before.
2/7
Squat 45x10x2, 135x5, 225x5, 315x2, 365x1, 410x5x3 Was lowering the weight slower than usual, it was hard to not focus on the right knee.
Bench 45x20, 135x5, 185x5, 225x2, 260x2, 280x5x3 These felt good.
Chins 8,6,6,4,3,3 Went through these fast, very little rest between sets.
Overall Squats felt easier than last week. With this blizzard coming hopefully I can still get a solid lift in on Saturday.
