Program
I've been following Texas Method for over three years. Starting Strength LP before that, not executed perfectly by any means.
I'm ready for something different. I'm starting with RTS Guided Programming tomorrow. I’m excited and a bit nervous.

In for the awesomeness. Also interested to see what RTS Guided Programming delivers.
Looking forward to following along. You made amazing progress with TM. I could not imagine following that for three plus years.

Good to see you jumping into competition. What traing did you decide to go forward with
Good luck!
Thanks for the support and for following along! It will be interesting doing some of the movements I've never done before. The supplemental stuff in next week's assignment is kind of interesting too. Like how do I do ab wheel x10 @7, x10 @8 and x10@9? Same thing with "bus drivers". Those things aren't easy to incrementally load like barbell exercises. I'll figure it out/ask questions as I go.
Thanks! It was a grind, but very simple, so I liked that aspect.
I'm signed up with RTS/Mike T for Guided Programming. The programming is designed for you to (ideally) do 3 evenly-spaced meets per year, but you can sign up for/peak for whatever meets you want to do. But it is expected that you will compete or at the very least do mock meets several times per year.
