What's up guys, I am Colin and this will be my log. Moved over from the intermediate section. I train at Atlanta Barbell with Dee, Alex, Niki, and Cassi. So I have plenty of people to yell at me and tell me I'm doing some stupid shit form wise so that is pretty cool. Anyways did my first powerlifting meet this weekend and loved it. Ended up going 9/9 and the results were

So basically programming wise I still have a reset in bench and press left for LP. And for my squats I'm doing 3 sets of ascending triples with a backoff triple on Thursdays, then 3 sets of ascending 5s on Sunday's hitting my top triple from Thursday for 5. Trying to squeeze out a little bit more before switching to Texas method.
