I’m currently following the weekly “Texas Method II” program, but I have an upcoming week-long trip to Portugal. I’ve found a gym nearby, but I know I won’t be able to follow the program 100% while I’m there. I’m seeking advice on how to handle my training during that week—what adjustments I should make—and how to retake my training once I return effectively. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I saw that I didn't put my age which is 40
