I appreciate the advice. I have decided to take the general consensus and train squats heavy Monday and Friday while deadlifting heavy Wednesday for awhile until weekly progression on both becomes necessary.
Here is my 3rd set of 5 for squats and bench and my heavy pulls from today. I might try and muster up one more workout on Friday like this before making the changes mentioned above.
