Deadlift sucked today. 405 for only 3! My 3RM is 425! Bleh.

Not a good day. My hip flexor really flared up and prevented me from pulling any good weight. I had a few people examine the issue and we came up with two things. Mad inflammation of one of the hip flexors and an SI joint that desperately needs resetting. Until thats fixed I guess I'm going double time on that weak bench of mine.
My benching was on last night. I worked up to a fast 370x3, and I had a few more in the tank. I also did a dropset of 305x12. Both of these are closegrip PR's for me, and I think the 370x3 is a rep PR on either style.
If everything goes well, I will hopefully be busting through some all-time PR's in 3 weeks. :-)
