Default 1 year results are in

    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    • starting strength seminar april 2025
I just completed the first year training.
My LBM calculations using a caliper result in 18 pounds of LBM increase over the last 12 months.
While my LBM has been higher then it is now 12 months is 12 months.

    Starting strength poundage.
    Squat 160.
    Press 100.
    Dead lift 160.

    PR strength poundage's.
    Squat 375x3.
    Press 185x3.
    Deadlift 405x3.

I choose to omit bench bench numbers cause those weren't trained for a year. Neither was the power clean.
My bench which i have developed for 6 months went from 150 to 275x3.

Currently i'm on a reset so the current weights i'm using do not reflect my best performance for the year. I used my PR's

You're all font and no lift. 4 years of forum posting and a 200 pound squat.

Good job, man. I'd be thrilled with those kinda results after 1 year of training.

So you're 75lbs heavier after at least triple the training time.
