My grip strength is extremely weak and I have to use straps when deadlifting. Is it ok to add exercises to train my grip strength or should I wait until I complete my NLP? If so which exercises would you recommend and which days should I do them?
How much can you deadlift without straps?
I got up to 135kg for 1x5 without straps.
When in the deadlift sets do you add the straps? Grip? Chalk?
