Thread: Already failed squats after two weeks and might have injured myself

    Not a question this time, just an update in case somebody with the same problem stumbles in here.

    I can squat pain free for now. Still going to see the doctor, just in case.

    It was a form issue. Somebody pointed out to me that my knees come too forward and that I need to sit further back. I implemented this advice and it fixed 80% of the pain. (The remaining 20% were fixed by taking a stronger valsalva.) I think what happend is that I had too much weight on my forefoot when coming up, putting too my stress on my abdominal muscles when lifting my torso.
