Shugg suggestions are usually pretty spot on

The next week is scheduled to be a test week. Shugg had suggested either going light or skipping sqts all together on this coming week. I'm thinking maybe I should repeat this WO next week and add a rep to the 215 220 and 235 that I did for a single. Any input would be appreciated. 2 years ago I did get 255 for 1.

Shug's strategy sounds good for a maximum effort PB. But maybe, seeing your training has been going well, with steadily increasing weights, you could make those doubles without altering this week's training. But, of course, it is for you to decide.

I think I'll take your advice and do the doubles, since I already lifted those weights I'm confident I can do them again. I hate the feeling of attempting a DL and it feels like it's glued to the floor. It seems when that happens to me it's more of a head problem than it really being too heavy.
