Went to PT this morning, the stuff with the bands is tiring for sure.
Shoulders feel ok.

One arm tricep press downs 20/10
Pulldown 105/8 115/8
Shoulder stretches and band work.
I can barely press a 3 lb DB with my left arm. It's as if the muscles don't want to fire.
Keep it going brother, something is better than nothing.
Thanks Shugg. I'm trying not to get discouraged. So far at least the pain is gone.
Pain free is great news! Just keep plugging away at what you can. I have found at our age things are a constant work around.

DB hammer 15/12 25/8
The DL was tough although I did go up 5 lbs from last time. I need to decide should I go up again or repeat 230 again.

I planned to do SLDL after the sqts but felt a crick on my hip joint so skipped that. Shoulders felt ok doing fhe pulldown.
