    Squat: 245x5x3

    Bench: 245x3x2

    Chins: 48reps/10min

Motivation was back today. Decided to not let my life be consumed by the Coronavirus

    Bench: 217.5x5x3

    Chins: 50reps/10min

Only one top set of Squat today due to Friday back tweak. Hopefully I stayed in "healing" mode and can go up again on Friday after a successful DL day Wednesday. I'm at my max on chins so will have to figure out a slight change there

    Squat: 255x5x2

    Bench: 247.5x2x3

    Chins: [BW, +25, +35] x5

Back tweak was 90% better but still limited Squat Volume to two sets. Back to normal Monday. Bench seems to be slowing. Adding weighted chins back to the mix

Back was a little stiff today but not a huge deal. Squats starting to feel heavy. I shall ignore my feelings

Another low motivation day and also seemed to be combined with some soft of residual back tweakness from Monday's Squats or who knows what. Definitely a lot more sitting and laying around happening in my life and that has traditionally not been good for my back. My quad has also possibly been tweaked again so not sure what will happen with Fridays Squats. I do know that Corona Season is not the time to be pushing old or current injuries

Squat was actually better than expected. Low on motivation, back is still not 100%, and quad hasn't felt right either. But it got done. Ending SQ LP for these reasons though. Bench seemed like a slightly strained a pec.

I've finally gotten over mine for now. I tried just about everything from stretching/golf ball rolling to taking tumeric pills.. it lingered for a long time (caused by running and box jumps a year ago). Anyways, probably time and a combination of things healed me but the one thing in particular was taping the bottom of my feet with stretchable kinesiology tape and going for long runs (was training for one)... I think along the lines of aggravating it enough to heal it. If you haven't tried tape maybe give that a shot? Leave it on a day or two at a time.
