    Bench - 310 x 1, 270 x 6
    LBBS w/4" belt - 410 x 2, 370 x 5

    Took a video of my squats. Not quite to full depth, but pretty close. I'll have to work on that. Wasn't planning on doing a double with 410, but the first one moved quickly, so I took a second.

    Happy 53rd Birthday Brother!! I just looked back and discovered that my all time best Conventional Deadlift
    of 515 was the day before my 53rd Birthday (August 16 2014) I did it raw with just a belt and mixed grip.

    Thanks, Cole! I have a couple of sons (16/19) that lift. My 16yo son is getting pretty strong and is a wrestler. I'm still stronger (weightlifting wise), but in wrestling, it's not even close. My joints cringe when we do even light wrestling. Trust me - I'd take youth over my "old man strength" any day! That said, I'm just happy to at least be able to keep up with the kids.
