chins 9*/8/7 PR'd every set and hit my highest a week ago on the third. /impressed

PC 175x1, 170x1, 160x3 deloading to 160 on these, need to work on form apparently.

bunch of ab work again for my flabby stomach (my workout partner insists)


really want to be benching over 200 and pressing 160+. should have a job within 2 weeks then I can acquire microplates and build a good diet for gain (with SS of course).
