    This workout was 50/50 I didn't get to do a workout in the middle of the work because I had to work late constantly (I work nights) and my low life of a cousin whos 31 had to take him to probation one day (not enough time), then pick him up from court (not enough time) another.

    Friday August 12th
    Squats 310x1x5, 310x2, 310x4...I know I can get this fucking weight and its pissing me off, if I fail again Monday I'm going to reset to 275...which I really don't want to do, When I get tired, I'm becoming loose in the bottom going too far , then I lean too far forward coming out of the hole and bar goes over my mid-foot, what happened both sets... I know I can fucking get it..also the last two sets where 4 mins apart so I know if I can stop myself from collapsing at the bottom I can fucking do this
    Bench 247.5x1x5...this was tough but not horrible last rep got a little sloppy but shit has to give on limit sets like Ripp says
    Deadlifts 380x1x3 these were bad, tried hook got two thumbs where in pain went to normal DOH got 1 more, tried to pull again with hook couldn't even budge it more than 2 inches
    Dips BW+55lbsx3x5
    Pull ups BWx3, BWx3, BWx3
    Curls and calves

    Been swamped this week couldn't update

    Monday August 15th
    Squats reset to 275x3x5...kept good form so I'm guessing ill crush 310 when I get there in a week or two
    OH press 160x5x5...not too bad
    Power cleans 210x5x3...easy...next week I'm going back to my deadlift twice a week schedule
    Chins BWx6 BWx6 BWx6 these are starting to move fast

    Squats 280x3x5..strong
    Bench 230x3x5...kinda hard but cramped for time so I didn't rest long at all maybe 2 mins

    Sat August 20th

    Squats 285x3x5..strong
    OH press..177.5x3...I failed I think because I can't be doing 5lb jumps on my presses every 2 weeks...just way too weight in 12months if LP stayed strong I'd be in the mind 200s...Tried to do 172.5 but only got 3 didn't rest much from last set so I know I'll get it my next press week..
    Deadlift 380x1x5...did hook pulled it strong....not to sound like a pussy but I had to weight a few seconds after every rep because when I lowered the bar and blood rushed into my thumbs they hurt like a mother fucker..what I get for waiting till this weight to do it

    Pull ups bwx4,bwx4,bwx3

    so besides the press which is because I'm greedy fucker all else went well...I think with the hook I'll be able to go back to pulling thrice a week....going to go to 2.5 lb jumps in my bench and press from now on, on intensity days 5lbs/monthx12...shit 60 lbs aint too shabby for a year of work be at almost 300 lb bench low 200 press (if this even lasts I remember reading starr's article on it says the majority of population will never even press their BW) I am doing two rounds of RFL in October...hoping to cut down to like 195-200 from my current 220-225...so I could see the BW press happening

    Squats 290x3x5...strong
    Bench 230x5x5..strong
    Deadlift 385x1x5..hookgrip through whole set pulled a lot faster
    Chin ups bwx6, bwx5, bwx5

    Side notes..the bench and deadlifts really killed my lats, and my traps to an extent, but my lats were super sore for chin ups...not going to do the shrugs or one arm rows on Tuesday

    Press 160 3x5..easy
    Powercleans...tried to do my working sets but I just couldnt fucking explode for the second pull it felt so heavy...just wasnt recovered enough from mondays dl...if I don't get a PR friday on my DL im going to TM on it...if I do idc if my powerclean progression sits on the burner..

    Edit: oh forgot, since this is sort of a blog and its gym related i'll mention it; the gym owner yelled at me today for someone else spilling chalk and not having the decency to tell him...as if I knew or had anything to do with it, then goes on to say he doesn't want any chalk...I'm joining new gym anyway so fuck him...all in all I thought it was funny

    cough cough might have been me lol kyles fault though but i did tell them about it idk wut hes talkin about the girl that works there helped me clean it up so idk wut his problem is, he did'nt tell me i couldent use chalk anymore though, actually speaking of which, the girl there made sure it was cleaned most of the way up mike wasent even there so i dont kno how he expected me to tell him about it, i told the only other person that was working there about it so... fuck it

    edit: thinkin about it that pisses me off bc he gave me an attitude about it too even though it was me i did the best i could with it shit happens

    August 29th Monday

    Squats 305x3x5..easy
    Press 160x5x5..easy
    DL 395x1x5...did these with another guy whos like 170 lbs but pulls 465 for singles...tried to keep up with him and it really killed my working set..i tried to pull super fast and the last set I barely locked out and I hitched and I could tell my back is rounding I think I'm still going to up friday because I'll rest and I wont be doing warmups back to back
