    Is that all you do in a workout? 3 sets of 5? 15 minutes?

    Back. had enough of my bs coach, starting 5/3/1 again, this time for good.

    Deadlift
    170 x 5
    195 x 5
    200 x 6

    Good mornings
    5x10

    Hanging leg raises
    5xfailure

    Could have pulled more but still recovering from a mancold.
