    - overhead press:
    6 x 20 kg
    4 x 27 kg
    4 x 32 kg
    3 x 42 kg
    5 x 47 kg
    5 x 45 kg

    27 was supposed to be 32. 47 Felt pretty heavy.

    - front squat:
    5 x 20 kg
    4 x 40 kg
    3 x 60 kg
    1 x 70 kg
    3 x 3 x 80 kg

    Lost trunk tightness on last set. Easy otherwise.

    - wide-grip bench press:
    6 x 20 kg
    4 x 40 kg
    3 x 55 kg
    2 x 5 x 65 kg

    Pretty good.

    - squat:

    Was hoping for more reps or sets but it threw me forward. Atleast it was
    double BW. And my left QL didn't complain.

    - bench press:

    4 x 40 kg
    3 x 60 kg
    1 x 70 kg
    1 x 75 kg
    1 x 80 kg
    1 x 80 kg

    Felt really heavy. Front delts complained.

    - deadlift:

    3 x 1 x 162 kg

    Left QL didn't complain.

    Fast but ate late and felt like puking afterwards.

    Failed 62 three times. Did an ugly 60 and then failed it on the next set.

    Bench going downhill.

    Back felt crappy and 142 was a half squat.

    First rep woth 62 wasn't good. On the other set I felt like I could have done
    one more rep.

    - squat:

    1 x 140 kg
    1 x 150 kg

    100 kg felt out of groove. When I unracked 140 it was easiest 140 kg ever.
    Didn't unrack 150 well and barely got it.

    1 x 77 kg
    2 x 2 x 82 kg

    Felt heavy. Need to increase top weight on volume day.

    Three singles is too much. Messed up my right piriformis.

    Decided to try these. 4cm deficit. Stance was narrower than usual.
