    *bench needs a reset

    Squat: 335x5,5,2
    Press: 147.5x5x3
    P.Cleans: 175x3,1+160x2
    BB Curls: 132.5x5x2

*First squat stall in a long time! I felt it was imminent though as sets have been torturous to get through. This was definitely a form failure but I doubt I would have got all 5 reps in the last set (I was exhausted). I'm not sure I'll even do back off sets next week...I may just switch to intermediate programming now.
*Tested my limits with power cleans and I don't think they are doing me any favours for the time being so I'll take the advice to drop them due to tendinitis.

Squat: 340x5 PR, back off sets 315x5x2
    Bench: 215x5x3 (reset)
    Chins: Bw+40x5x3 PR
    LTE: 107.5x8x2 PR

*Squat was awesome! Below parallel 340 is officially the heaviest weight I've ever had on my shoulders and I finally surpassed my ancient half squat pr lol!
*Bench needed a reset from 235
*Chins were a bitch but I got it done.
*Lying Triceps Extensions (LTE) keep going up surprisingly!

Squat: 345x5 PR!, 320x5x2 back off sets
    Bench: 220x5x3
    Light Chins: Bw x5x3
    LTE: 110x8,7 PR!

Squats are really grinding now... We'll see what happens but I'm still pleased!

Squat: 350x2 (2nd rep I relaxed in the hole and ended up with an ass-to-grass squat...ruined everything and zapped my energy.
    350x3, 325x2 lost all energy
    Press: 152.5x5,5,4
    P.Cleans: 180x3
    BB Curls: 135x3, 115x4

*Worst workout ever! After I screwed up the 2nd rep @350 lbs in the first set by relaxing in the hole and going WAY below parallel... I felt insanely unrecovered and couldn't lift anything properly afterwards. Should have started TM today.
*I suppose we all have bad days...

That looked like a solid workout Matt. Squatting 350lbs during LP is never a bad workout :P Pressing 152.5lbs in LP is never a bad workout.

Seems like TM is appropriate now

Hey thanks! I was feeling pretty crappy about it but I was definitely feeling greedy last night and wanted to drive the 5RM more... should have listened and started TM instead. Lesson learned! lol

    Active Squat Recovery Day

    Squat: 250x5x2
    Bench: 225x5x3
    Chins: bw+45x5,4,4
    LTE: 110x8,7

*Just running out the week with advanced novice and then will begin Texas Method programming next week with volume day. Not exactly sure what I should base the 90% for volume day on? Should it be the 350 lbs squat or should it be the last 3x5 I got which was 330 lbs...

^ use 350. I'd use more like 85% for VD.
