    I mixed up my heavy day with my medium day. I have no explanation. Here's what I did,

    Dead: 135 x 3; 225 x 2; 315 x 1; 335 x 1
    Bench: 45 x 5; 95 x 3; 135 x 1; 155 x 1; 165.5 x 1; 141 x 5 x 2
    Squat: 70 x 5 (P); 160 x 3; 200 x 1; 230 x 1; 243 x 1; 219 x 1 (I ran out of gas.)

    Squat: 70 x 5 (P); 160 x 3; 190 x 1; 195 x 5 x 2
    Press: 45 x 5; 75 x 3; 95 x 1; 100 x 1; 70 x 8 x 3 I did a few practice lifts on a 30 lb. bar. It seemed to help.
    Prowler: 200 x 4 x 3 (275 x 240 x 3)

    Sully has told me several times that most men my age can't even do an overhead press. Today, I learned one technique that I had misunderstood until now. When I finally got it, my shoulders felt the pain. It was a good pain, but it was pain. I think I may finally get to 135 if I consistently shrug the way I should. We will see.
