    Press 200x1,1,0 190x1 195x0 Keep missing on these, going to work on my hip bounce. I've basically been using a strict start on these with some layback towards the top.
    Self sabotaged the rest of this workout when some grip trainers came into play at the gym, couldn't help myself

    Squat 345x5, missed 420 on my last heavy squat day. Going to run back up through 5s,3s,1s again. 345 was a 5 rep PR, it was pretty easy too
