    (My daughter uses the yellow one when she "works out" with me. She is 6.)


    My 8-year old daughter has a 4 kg kettlebell that she uses while I'm lifting. Gotta get them started from early on...

    If you really want them they come up on craigslist all the time. Don't pay full retail for them.

    It depends on the exercises you want to do. Most of the people purchasing those are just gonna do curls, and they're fine for that. Bench presses, rows, and flys are okay too. I ran into trouble trying to do presses, because the shape and size makes it impossible to get a good start position. I'll bet that skullcrushers are a problem too, for the same reason. And don't even think about doing cleans with them!

    Sounds like you're talking about powerblocks, I had a set of ironmasters that I really liked. Shaped more like a traditional dumbbell and much sturdier than other adjustable dumbbells that I've tried.
