    Thanks, all.

The invitation to talk at St. Vincent's was honor enough. But they treated me like royalty, they wined and dined and housed me, the venue was simply gorgeous, the public audience was amazing (good-sized, diverse, engaged, receptive), and the young people in the SVI Fit club raise my hopes for our future. A really terrific bunch of kids. It was a blast.

    Sully,
Can't thank you enough for the experience! The lecture was informative and represented an example of where the medical and strength and conditioning communities should be heading in the future. I will be sure to share the information with classmates and professors in my physical therapy school to spread the knowledge!!

    Sully,

We really can't thank Kris and yourself enough for everything. The lecture was brilliant, the lifting was great, and the wining, dining, and questions afterward made the night one of the best I've had in a long time.

Your lecture gave me hope for my future as a young man. I've got many years ahead of me to spend getting strong, so I don't have to spend my last years waiting for the grave. A truly intergenerational message.

On behalf of SVC Fit, thank you again.

    Josh

I attended Dr. Sullivan's talk at St. Vincent College on October 17 and was very impressed with every aspect of the evening. The SVC Fit Club did a great job hosting the event. Dr. Sullivan's lecture was enlightening and well presented. Dr. Sullivan presented vital information in a way that anyone could understand. He was thorough but paced the presentation appropriately. He was very engaging and answered all questions satisfactorily. I also enjoyed lifting afterwards with Dr. Sullivan, Nicholas, all the students, and other Starting Strength Forum members who attended. Thank you all who were responsible. I will be looking forward to the next presentation.
