    Digging all the art of manliness vids.!!

    Was thinking of adding power cleans back into my workout again, but really don't know if it's for me. I'm 42 and think I have bad knees(sometimes it hurts to walk up stairs). They usually feel better after squats tho.

    Funny out of all the lifts the power clean is what I wrestle the most with myself about doing.

    You don't need to do power cleans. Hope that helps.
