I started out the program drinking 3/4 a gallon a day. I ramped it up these past two weeks and have been at ABOUT a gallon a day, and gains are better. Do it.
Plus, Food Lion has those "buy 6 gallons of milk, get a 7th free" deals. Hell yeah.
