Just wondering what would you say was the best exercise out of the ones listed below, or one that you know of, for improving explosive strength, specific to basketball and vertical jumping?
Snatch
Clean and Press
Power Clean
Hang Clean/Snatch

erm 84kilos, and 1 rep max of 110K
I havent started SS btw, I havent done any major strength program, so am hoping that will increase

Then in this case your primary exercise for increasing vertical jump is the squat. Increase your absolute strength and your force production goes up, and nothing more is either necessary or recommended for a novice.
