Is SS For Me?
Hey Mark, I'll try and make this as quick as possible.
I'm 18 years old and real skinny. I play basketball and volleyball, nothing proffesional. But I do need to increase my vertical and speed, also size would be good for me. Is your program a good choice for me? I'm asking because I get the impression that your program is geared more towards the barbell sports athlete.

How have you gotten the impression that SS is for barbell sports? All novice lifters are novices, and any degree of specialization that occurs should happen after an initial linear strength increase. This is true for all athletes who want to be better at any sport, because strength and size benefits them all.
