My definition includes a people with the vast history and resources of the Chinese turning themselves into the joke they are now. A people who still revere a guy who created mass starvation for them. A leader who's so fragile his advisors won't even advise him for fear of retribution. A market known for cheap knockoffs and dangerous practices. A military that can't even get the boat out of the harbor. They have done it all to themselves. And that's not even discussing the one child policy. They could be so much more. If that's not your idea of dumbass then, yes, we have different definitions.
