Flo, numbers do not define your level of training advancement. Get your husband to buy you the gray book: Practical Programming for Strength Training, 3rd edition – The Aasgaard Company

    Power cleans - 0.
I think the official position on women doing power cleans is somewhat softer due to neuromuscular efficiency arguments, but, STILL.

    We will call you "almost".

    I'm kidding.
    A little.

I'm thinking you are asking this because you've reached a point where you aren't making the lifts? However, you've said nothing about the 3 Questions. With women, I'm always suspicious of calorie intake because we're so trained not to eat. But rest in between sets can equal leverage. There were times, always right about the 85 to 110 bench range, where I really got psyched out. Thought, well maybe this is it, maybe I just can't push it further and need to adjust. But since I'm partially addicted to the numbers, I pushed it. I sat there feeling like a total retard because I needed a solid 5 minutes between sets. The stall does break. The ride from 115ish to 160 is pretty cool then it gets grindy again. Rinse and repeat. If you fuck around with the program before you fuck with the 3 questions' variables, you waste a lot of good NLP time. Later, once you move on from the NLP properly if you continue to switch programs around before addressing the 3 Questions you just waste a lot of time. Get the book though, it's a good read and will help you make good choices.
