I've been lifting since high school, but am a classic case of getting strong in spite of my programming. I've been insatiably researching programming for strength recently and sifting through a lot of the crap on the internet. I just recently (04/2017) picked up a copy of SSBBT3 and PPST3 and appreciate the common sense, mechanical/biological/scientific approach to properly teach the lifts and programming.
I also really enjoy coaching and seeing trainees increase their strength. In time I may try for a SSC credential....in time.
