    Default Bulking to my goal?

Hello I am 5’11” and 195 pounds. These are my lifts in pounds for 3 sets of 5 except for the deadlift which is 1 set of 5 and clean 5 sets of 3.

    Deadlift 386
    Squat 355
    Bench 255
    Press 165
Clean 145 (trying to improve form)

    My goals are

    Deadlift 455
    Squat 405
    Bench 315
    Press 205
Clean (don’t really have a goal in mind)

I would like to get to the point of doing all those goals for reps not just a one rep max but for now that’s what they are. I have a few questions.

    1. How achievable are these goals within the year?
    2. Should I just bulk until I hit those numbers?
    3. What happens when I get to an unhealthy body weight and I’m still not at my goals? How much am I supposed to cut my body weight to and for how long?

Hopefully someone can give me some insights. Thanks in advance!

    1) Your squat is probably there for a single. Your deadlift is probably under or over trained. Did you slow your jumps early?
    2) I'd try to get up to 210-215 as you push up. That could help.
    3) At your height I can't imagine you'd need to drop below 200 lb. I'd stay between 200 and 215 and you shouldn't get weaker that way.

Thanks for the feedback! My deadlift has always just felt a little weaker than my squat. Maybe I need to get a touch deeper in my squat.

If I got to 215 and still haven’t hit those numbers do I cut down to 200 and try to maintain my lifts?

How did you progress your deadlift and squat when you started?

I started with 10 pound jumps for my squat but only 5 pounds for the deadlift because I had worked out previously and knew about where my deadlift was at. I decided to reset a bit though because I didn’t feel like my form was great for the deadlift.

Probably started too light. Did you do 5 lb jumps on the DL from 315 or 10-20?
