Your stance may be a little wide, but I cannot tell from here. Please read the sticky on how to film better squats. Cut your squat off a little higher. Don't pause at the bottom. Keep your chin down more.

I've seen a lot worse. Keep adding weight to the bar and keep eating. Stay with your hips all the way to the top. I suspect you are going to need a wider grip to get your hands in line with your forearms, too.

Thank you sir. I will be going to Paris for 2 months so my focus will shift for a while...
I will still keep going to the gym at minimum twice a week though. With the result that I will not add much weight, if all. (Not that it matters. It is just a personal choice of priorities I have to make.)
At least now I know I am not killing myself while squatting. You have my gratitude.

Cut your squat off a little higher
How do you coach an athlete to squat higher while maximizing the stretch reflex? Do you adjust the lifters stance or is a deep squat indicative of knees caving?

    Thanks.

By telling them to not squat so deep, since squatting too deep kills the stretch reflex.

We fix their stance only if their stance is incorrect. A deep squat is not indicative of knees caving. Seeing the knees caving in is indicative of knees caving.
