Hi, I've taken on the stuff I was told last time, mainly about how I'm gripping the bar and carrying it too low down, and have attempted to fix it.

Do I need to do anything else to this?

From the bottom you start by raising your hips, while your chest stays almost still, then you start raising your chest.
(I think that is sometimes called a "good morning squat", are you intentionally doing that? is the thread's name refering to that? )

It is mentioned in the common problems sub chapter in the Squat chapter in SS:BBT

It is like an over exaggerated hip drive or something.
From the bottom, the hips and chest should rise at the same speed (but it is the hip that drives the movement, the chest follows).

It is probably easier to use less weight while working on fixing a problem like this?

I'm am rather new at this so take what I say with a grain of salt.

    A few changes here.

    1. Set the knees forward a little earlier. Right now you unlock the hips at the top, then let the knees forward at the bottom. So get the knees forward sooner.
    2. As heman noted, you start your ascent by driving your hips back and making your torso horizontal, but the bar does not rise. Move the torso as a fixed unit. Currently, these are looking like good mornings.

I know it's annoying to have to keep tweaking your form, but once you lock a few technique cues in, you'll be in good shape.
