    Default squat form check

    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    • starting strength seminar april 2025
    What do you guys think of these? I feel like they are decent but I would like some other opinions.

    I just de-loaded so the weight is not very heavy. These are the fourth and fifth sets.

    Not bad, Keith. Pretty good from this angle. Just keep an eye on your tendency to drop into the bottom. Control that weight and keep everything tight.

    thanks man, I noticed that I dropped down on a few of the reps. I have a couple herniated discs so I gotta be careful.

    Got it, man. All the more reason to consciously think of valsalva and keep the weight under control.
