Recovery Days and some activity
Hello everyone,
Apologies in advance if I posted this in the wrong forum. It was either here or in General Programming.
Regarding recovery days, are they to be treated as strict no exercise days or can one do low intensity work? For example bodyweight exercises like: push-ups, sit-ups, dips, pull-ups and chin ups?

Some bro work is fine on those days. I like the chins on those days personally.
