Hi folks , I've been lifting for some time now and have never been on a pure strength program before . I have a little muscle imbalance, my right arm is a little heavier than my left arm (bicep and lateral delt difference) . Can I add sprinkle some bicep and lateral delt volume in the program ? Any advice would be very much appreciated !

If you want to sprinkle dog shit into a perfectly prepared lobster dinner, go right ahead. It’s still a somewhat free country.
I think your perceived muscle imbalance will iron itself out by adding 5 lbs a workout to the lifts in the program. Unless you are consistently loading the bar off balance.
