I'm not a coach but it looks like going too deep is leading to the knee slide at the end (maybe it's vice versa). I'm not sure what causes it but it was happening to me too so I changed my stance a bit to make "the bottom" a little higher.

thank you.
I believe depth is good and I am bending enough. sliding knees is what I am contemplating and why it's not twice as heavy
Last time Rip got involved seeing I was not liking what I was reading from other coaches. That was awesome and changes were made asap.
Also, for some reason I was too concerned with bar over mid-foot and got over that one. In order for me to start modeling for SS I need a few
minor changes and a few more plates. very close now.

You're still thinking about lifting your chest. And look at your toes show some air -- what would cause that?
What can I do about those things? I am thinking mid foot pressure. is there a cue for these? So sliding knee isn't my biggest problem. It's the balance and lack of hip drive.
I changed my grip a bit. It used to be if I am not careful the bar was rolling up toward the neck. So now with new grip where my wrists are totally straight and nothing is under the bar there is nothing to help push that bar up. I am still testing it.
You are right. thank you. I will make wider stance to limit how far down I go. this might fix all sorts of problems.
