When to drop deadlift frequency?
I've been doing SS for a couple of months now in this format, every other day: Increasing everything 5-10lbs per session.
Squat
Bench/Press
Deadlift
Chins/Dips
When do I know when it's time to stop deadlifting 3x a week?

Also, its 3 days per week for the NLP. When you can't recover from the deadlift before you're supposed to do it again, reducing the frequency may be indicated.
